Şişecam to Gift Antimicrobial Glass Cup to All Healthcare Workers

Şişecam to Donate World's First Antimicrobial-Coated Glass Cups to All Healthcare Workers Şişecam, one of Turkey's most established industrial enterprises, is launching a comprehensive donation campaign to expand the reach of V-Block Technology, which it has developed to combat the global pandemic. The technology is effective against viruses and bacteria on glass surfaces. Under the donation campaign to be conducted with the coordination of the Ministry of Health General Directorate of Public Hospitals, Şişecam will gift Paşabahçe glass cups featuring 100 percent domestically developed V-Block Technology to all healthcare workers fighting the pandemic in public hospitals throughout Turkey. The campaign, which began on 14 March Physicians' Day and will be completed within four months, will ensure that cups effective against viruses and bacteria, including Covid-19, reach all healthcare workers battling the pandemic on the frontlines in all 81 provinces. Through this broad-based donation campaign, Şişecam will distribute its V-Block Technology products, which are also effective against Covid-19, to each healthcare worker fighting the pandemic in public hospitals across all 81 provinces.
