Kalekim Applies for IPO in Construction Chemicals Sector

Kalekim, a company from the Kale Group and a leader in Turkey's building chemicals sector, has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for prospectus approval in connection with the initial public offering of company shares. Ak Yatırım has been authorized to manage the company's IPO process. The draft prospectus submitted to the CMB has been published on the company's website at www.kalekim.com and on Ak Yatırım's website at www.akyatirim.com.tr. Kalekim, the leading company in Turkey's building chemicals sector, has applied to the CMB for prospectus approval in connection with the initial public offering of company shares. Founded in 1973 within the Kale Group with the production of ceramic adhesives and grout fillers, Kalekim today manufactures a wide range of building chemicals, from thermal and water insulation products used in the construction sector to decorative plaster and paint, as well as flooring solutions.
