Applications Open for Şişecam's Global Young Talent Program "Together"

Şişecam, a global player in the glass and chemicals sectors, is opening applications for the 9th cycle of its Global Young Talent Programme Together, designed to provide young talents with a strong start to their career journey. Final-year university students, master's and doctoral candidates can apply to the programme between 2–28 September 2025.

Within the scope of the Together Programme, which aims to bring together Şişecam's experience with the innovative perspectives of young people, candidates will complete a process consisting of a general aptitude test, case analysis, video interview and English assessment. Selected candidates will begin their internships in December.

Young talents will have the opportunity to work part-time for 7 months at Şişecam's headquarters, various production facilities and Şişecam Science, Technology and Design Centre, taking on roles in real projects. Students who successfully complete their internship period will have the chance to begin their careers at Şişecam.

Together: A School for Developing Future Leaders
First launched in 2017, the Together Programme is today one of Şişecam's priority sources for new graduate recruitment. Over the past 8 years, 587 of the 1,497 young talents who participated in the programme continued their professional careers at Şişecam following their internships.

Specifically in 2025, 96 young people in Turkey and 53 in global locations obtained internship opportunities through this programme. Additionally, 45 interns successfully completed the hiring process and joined Şişecam.
