Talya Bitkisel Invests USD 6 Million in New Factory

Talya Bitkisel, which carries Turkey's plant-based production capacity to international markets, is preparing to significantly increase production capacity with a USD 6 million new factory investment launched in Antalya. The company, which operates in aromatic plants, essential oils, dietary supplements and phytotherapy-based product categories, continues its export-driven growth.

Talya Bitkisel, operating at production facilities in Antalya Döşemealtı, has transformed its journey that began 23 years ago as a small-scale herb business into a structure that exports to more than 40 countries today. The company continues to strengthen its presence in the global market through its operations established in the United States.

Within the scope of the new investment, the monthly production capacity in the dietary supplements field at the production facility established on a 10,000 square meter area is targeted to be increased from 1 million units to 10 million units. Along with new production lines, the company is planning a comprehensive transformation in its production infrastructure.

Talya Bitkisel Founder M. Halis Ertaş noted that Turkey has an important advantage in terms of diversity of medicinal and aromatic plants, expressing that they have converted this potential into value-added products. Ertaş said their goal is to make Turkey a global production center in plant-based products and phytotherapy.

The company aims to expand export markets and further strengthen its global brand position with the new investment.
