Ekin Ereke, Supported by Team Akfen İnşaat, Finishes in Top 10 at World Cup

National cyclist Ekin Ereke, supported by Team Akfen İnşaat, finished 9th in the Elite Women category at the Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup held in Sakarya, marking an important achievement for Turkey.

The Team Akfen İnşaat project, launched to support the development of young and national athletes on national and international platforms, continues to back rising talents in Turkish sports. National cyclist Ekin Ereke, supported under the project, represented Turkey successfully on the World Cup stage following her strong performance at the European Championships.

Competing at the Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup held in Sakarya on 14 June, Ereke finished the event in 9th place in the Elite Women category. The national athlete thus demonstrated the achievement of placing in the top 10 at this prestigious competition, which features some of the world's most successful athletes.

Carried European Championships Success to World Cup
Ekin Ereke, who earned the right to compete at the World Cup with the successful result she achieved at the Mountain Bike Eliminator European Championships, continued her consistent rise on the international stage. The event held in Sakarya and broadcast live on TRT Spor Yıldız was also followed by cycling enthusiasts from different countries around the world.
