Fair enables knowing the market and meeting with many potential customers!

Emphasizing the importance of participating in the Building Fair, EVDEMA Human Resources Manager Sebahattin Duran stated, "Building Fair-Turkeybuild Istanbul plays a very important role in the sector. Evaluating last year in terms of number of participants and visitors, it was quite good. Since leading companies in the sector are on this platform, there is great demand for the fair. We met many new customers. Our initial goal here was to introduce ourselves to the market. As years pass, the fair has become a platform that enables us to reach both our domestic and foreign customers much faster; this is why we participate in Building Fair-Turkeybuild Istanbul almost every year. We met many of our important customers both domestically and abroad at this fair. This year we will also add bathroom and kitchen furniture that we started producing approximately five months ago to this selection. We will participate in Building Fair 2019 with a much larger stand."

Building Fair – Turkeybuild Istanbul has guided the sector's development for 42 years!

ITE Turkey Regional Director Kemal Ülgen, stating that Building Fair-Turkeybuild Istanbul has served as an international platform reflecting the mirror to the country's construction sector for 42 years, said; "We are organizing the Building Fair for the 42nd time this year, which demonstrates the success of being one of the 5 largest fairs of its sector in the world. Pointing out that the construction sector, which has experienced fluctuations for some time, is expected to be in a balancing process this year, Ülgen noted, "In 2019, exports appear to be an important way out. A 7-8 percent increase in construction materials exports is expected and it is projected to approach 23 billion dollars. Improvement in export market opportunities is expected for all sub-sector groups. In the domestic market, unlike other years, two other developments are among expectations. One is the activation of the renovation market with declining demand for new construction projects, and the other is increased procurement from the domestic market due to exchange rates limiting imports. In the middle of all this transformation, the heart of the construction sector beats at Building Fair-Turkeybuild Istanbul. Companies that want to meet with thousands of domestic and international professional visitors and purchasing officials, seize export opportunities and meet potential customers take their place at the sector's meeting point," he said.
