Scientific Cooperation: Pediatricians from Türkiye and Russia Join Forces
The "Türkiye Milli Pediatri Derneği Joint Training Meeting," organized in cooperation with Türkiye Milli Pediatri Derneği and the Russian National Medical Research Center for Children's Health, with unconditional support from Orzax, was held in Moscow on 19–21 September 2025. The meeting, held at the Metropol Hotel, brought together pediatricians from both countries and provided a strong scientific exchange platform where current developments in child health were discussed. More than 200 physicians attended the three-day event.
The "Turkish National Paediatrics Society Joint Educational Meeting," organised in cooperation with the Turkish National Paediatrics Society and Russia's National Research Medical Centre for Children's Health, with unconditional support from Orzax, took place in Moscow on 19–21 September 2025. Held at the Metropol Hotel, the meeting brought together paediatricians from both countries and provided a robust scientific exchange platform where current developments in child health were discussed. The three-day event was attended by more than 200 physicians.
The programme opened with remarks from Prof. Dr. Hasan Tezer, Member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish National Paediatrics Society; Prof. Dr. Olga Komarova, Director of Russia's National Research Medical Centre for Children's Health; and Müge Turan, Marketing and Corporate Communications Director at Orzax. Sessions followed on topics including "Management of Failure to Thrive," "Innovative Approaches in Acute Diarrhoea," "Immune System in Viral Infections," and "Vitamin and Mineral Support in Children." The sessions, which included numerous expert academics from Turkey and Russia, examined current approaches in paediatric health.
Prof. Dr. Enver Hasanoğlu, General Secretary of the Turkish National Paediatrics Society, commented on the meeting as follows: "Our society is focused on improving child health both nationally and internationally. With Orzax's unconditional support, this meeting, where we addressed current paediatric topics together with our Russian colleagues, was a highly valuable step in the exchange of knowledge and experience."

Following the joint meeting held in Azerbaijan last year, this year's event in Moscow contributed to establishing a lasting scientific bridge between Turkish and Russian paediatric communities. The meeting, a strong example of international cooperation, created the groundwork for developing more effective and current solutions for child health.
