Univar Announces New Distribution Agreement with ANGUS Chemical Company for Select Coatings and Industrial Markets in Europe

Univar, a global chemical distributor and value-added services provider, announced a new distribution agreement with Angus Chemical Company covering Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and from April onwards also Finland and the Baltic Countries. The agreement builds on the existing relationship between the two companies in Italy and has been effective as of 1 January 2017. This new agreement further enriches Univar's specialty product portfolio with ANGUS's multifunctional neutralizing amines and specialty additives for architectural and industrial coatings, construction materials, printing inks and pigments. ANGUS's product range includes AEPD® VOX 1000, a multifunctional additive for low-odor, low-VOC (volatile organic compound) interior water-based paints and an ideal formulation aid for paint manufacturers required to comply with EU Directive 2004/42/EC.
