Aykut Dinçer Appointed New Intellectual Property and Legal Director at Sanovel

Sanovel, which continues its efforts for the lifetime health of communities and has achieved numerous successes in intellectual property, is taking further steps to support its growth strategies and strengthen its management team. In this context, Aykut Dincer, with over 20 years of experience, has started his role as Director of Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs at Sanovel.
 
Aykut Dincer, who has over 20 years of experience in areas such as corporate, commercial and contract law, mergers and acquisitions, ethics & compliance, and financial & corporate restructuring at national and international firms, started his position as Director of Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs at Sanovel as of July 2025.
 
Aykut Dincer completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law. Beginning his career in 2005 as Legal Counsel at Siemens, Dincer served as Head of Legal at PwC from 2008-2010, as Chief Legal Counsel responsible for the Balkans, Africa, Middle East and Asia Region at Ceva Logistics from 2010-2014, as Director of Legal Affairs at Colgate-Palmolive from 2014-2018, and as Chief Legal Counsel at Meeting Point International from 2019-2021, where he managed negotiations on multiple project agreements, risk assessments, collective labor agreements, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and consulting projects. From 2022 onwards, he served as Deputy General Manager of Legal and Compliance at Yapı Merkezi, providing strategic leadership on ethics & compliance projects and large-scale contract negotiations, risk assessments, arbitration proceedings, litigation and contracts, mergers & acquisitions, financial and corporate restructuring matters.
