Inveo Yatırım Holding Sustains Strong Growth in First Half of 2025

Inveo Yatırım Holding announced results strengthening its financial position in the first half of 2025. The holding's equity increased 59% to TRY 15.7 billion compared to the same period last year, while total assets rose 49% to TRY 17.4 billion. Net period profit for the first six months of the year reached TRY 6.58 billion.

Continuing its course with a streamlined organizational structure and strategic investment approach, Inveo Yatırım Holding sustains growth determinedly in its broad ecosystem of 105 companies through the strong performance of its subsidiaries operating in capital markets, banking and venture capital.

Gedik Yatırım: Advancing Toward Sector Leadership
Gedik Yatırım, the holding's flagship, achieved TRY 1.01 billion parent company net profit in the first half of 2025, up 107% compared to the same period last year. Total assets increased 7% to TRY 19.32 billion from year-end, while equity rose 17% to TRY 4.4 billion.

In the first half of 2025, Gedik Yatırım raised its paid-in capital to TRY 2 billion through a 100% free capital increase, and participated with TRY 100 million in a capital increase of Misyon Kripto through Ichain Yatırım Holding, which focuses on crypto asset technologies. This raised its effective ownership stake in Misyon Kripto to 73.33%.

Misyon Yatırım Bankası: Financial Supermarket Vision
Misyon Bank, continuing rapid growth with its digital-focused strategy, increased its capital from TRY 1 billion to TRY 1.5 billion during 2025. The bank raised total assets to TRY 3.8 billion and strengthened its funding structure through a TRY 850 million bond issuance and a TRY 250 million first VDMK issuance.

The bank's digital custody platform Anakasa, serving 18 portfolio management companies, increased its assets under custody more than 100% to TRY 32 billion.

Inveo Portföy: High-Yielding Funds
Inveo Portföy reached TRY 22.2 billion in fund size and 46 funds in the second quarter of 2025, delivering returns exceeding 350% over the past three years with its Gold Fund and more than 450% with its Attack Variable Fund. With its renewed management team, it aims for leadership among independent portfolio management firms.

Inveo Ventures: Leadership in Venture Capital
Inveo Ventures increased its capital 231% to TRY 215.5 million and committed to invest USD 2.15 million in Revo Capital Fund III. It made an investment of USD 500,000 in Milvus Robotics, which develops autonomous robot technologies.

It strengthened its presence in the global entrepreneurship network by participating in Bridgevent and VivaTech Paris, among the ecosystem's most important gatherings.

TURPE: Center of Private Equity Investments
TURPE, established through the name change of HiVC, will invest in high-potential SMEs and large-scale companies, particularly in defense industry, agriculture, mobility and renewable energy. Its capital was increased to TRY 250 million.
