Nobel İlaç Announces New Appointment in Turkey

Oğuz Akandil appointed General Manager of Nobel İlaç Turkey. Oğuz Akandil, who has held various positions in the pharmaceutical sector both domestically and internationally over many years, has been appointed General Manager of Nobel İlaç Turkey. According to a statement by Nobel İlaç, Akandil graduated from Boğaziçi University Faculty of Business Administration in 1996 and completed his MBA degree at the same university in 2002. He began his professional career at Pfizer, where he served in various departments including finance, sales, marketing, business development, and animal health, before being appointed to the position of Finance Director in 2011. In 2014, Akandil became General Manager of Ukraine, subsequently holding positions as Director of Business Development and Reimbursement in Russia. In 2017, Akandil joined Amgen as Director of Strategic Planning for Turkey, Middle East, and Africa. Following this assignment, he was appointed Commercial Director at Gensenta. Most recently, Akandil served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Amgen.
