Pfizer Turkey Ranks Among Best Companies for Career Development The 2023 LinkedIn Top Companies list, published for the first time in Turkey, has been announced by LinkedIn News. Created using LinkedIn data that measures various dimensions of career development, the list identifies companies that help their employees build careers that prepare them for long-term success. Pfizer Turkey is among the top 15 workplaces in Turkey for career development. Prepared with the aim of providing a resource that employees can consult at every stage of their career journey, the list takes into account criteria including talent development, company stability, opportunities outside the company, company proximity, gender diversity, educational background, and employee count. Pfizer Turkey ranked 11th on this list.
