Saint-Gobain has earned the "Global Best Employer" certification for the tenth consecutive year in 2025, making it one of 17 companies worldwide to hold this distinction. Saint-Gobain Turkey has also received the Best Employer Award from the Top Employers Institute for the eighth consecutive year, obtaining Top Employer certification.
Saint-Gobain, a world leader in sustainable and lightweight construction solutions, was selected as "Global Best Employer" for its success in human resources implementation processes. In 2025, Saint-Gobain has received this certification for the tenth consecutive year, becoming one of 17 companies worldwide to achieve this distinction.
Saint-Gobain Turkey, operating in the country through 14 brands including Weber, Chryso, Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Vetrotech, Ecophone, and Saint-Gobain Glass, with subsidiaries including İzocam and Dalsan, has won the Best Employer Award from the Top Employers Institute for the eighth consecutive year, once again confirming its success.
The 2025 Global Best Employer distinction was awarded to Saint-Gobain by the Top Employers Institute due to the company obtaining certification in 40 different countries. Saint-Gobain made significant progress in 11 of the 20 criteria evaluated by Top Employers.
The five fundamental factors that placed Saint-Gobain ahead of other companies in the evaluation were Ethics and Integrity, Purpose and Values, Business Strategy, Learning, and Sustainability. This achievement, earned for the eighth time in Turkey and for ten consecutive years globally, reflects Saint-Gobain's commitment—rooted in its DNA—to provide the best experience to its team, which spans 160,000 employees.
Continuous Improvement in Human Resources and New Goals
Ece Kaya, Human Resources Director at Saint-Gobain Weber, expressed pride in receiving the Best Employer Award (Top Employer) for the eighth consecutive year, commenting as follows: "This year we are recognized as worthy of this award for the eighth time in Turkey. I believe that the systematic evaluation of operations by internationally recognized independent organizations and institutions according to specific criteria contributes significantly to the development of business processes. I consider it highly valuable to be part of this process, which analyzes the development of our human resources procedures each year. Such reliable certification programs play an important role in measuring our progress. Saint-Gobain established its Code of Conduct and Working Principles in 2003. These principles form the foundation of success for such a large organization operating in 75 countries.
Similarly, the group's "Grow and Make an Impact" strategic roadmap strengthens our commitment to diversity and inclusion in building the best teams within our business environments and reinforcing our TEC (Trust-Empowerment-Collaboration) culture across all our companies. These awards, earned each year as a result of in-depth research and surveys, set larger goals for us to achieve in the future. In addition to this, among other important criteria where we have made progress but continue to need improvement are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. To accelerate progress on this issue, we have launched an initiative as a group called the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lab Accelerator (DE&I Lab Accelerator). This initiative aims to create open dialogue with our employees and develop our organizational culture. Beyond this, as part of our mission to transform the entire sector, Saint-Gobain has launched a new campaign aimed at increasing the proportion of women in employment and, more broadly, women's representation in the construction sector."
