We Had a Pleasant Conversation with Cemre Tekeli

We conducted a pleasant interview with Cemre Tekeli, founder of Ce-Tek Nozzle, a company that supplies nozzles to many sectors including automotive and defence. Tekeli shared valuable insights with our readers about the products and services offered by Ce-Tek Nozzle as well as the company's vision.

Could you briefly tell us about yourself, your educational background and your professional experience in the sector?

I am Cemre Tekeli, founder of Ce-Tek Spray Nozzle. I completed my undergraduate degree in International Trade at Celal Bayar University. After graduating, I gained two years of experience as a sales representative in the tourism sector. Subsequently, we decided to establish a new company in the nozzle sector, bringing a young and dynamic perspective to the industry. Could you provide information about Ce-Tek Nozzle's founding process and the stages it has gone through to the present day?

Since our establishment coincided with the pandemic period, we started as a home office operation. Today, we continue with three offices in Turkey and eight employees. From the first quarter of 2022, we began participating in domestic production. With our product range, we have managed to become one of Turkey's leading manufacturing companies in terms of quality.

Could you provide information about Ce-Tek Nozzle's domestic and international sales activities and services?

We are currently one of the few companies in the Turkish market; we supply an important component in production across all manufacturing sectors including automotive, heavy industry, defence industry, and food. Our first export was to Azerbaijan, and subsequently we have managed to expand our export volume with many countries such as Russia, Iran and Iraq. From the first quarter of 2023, we have begun signing turnkey projects in areas where nozzles are used, such as cement, food machinery and paint booths. Most recently, we completed four areas at İzmir Batıçim and delivered the project. With the water crisis continuing worldwide, nozzles are the most significant product to solve this, and we continue our R&D work to increase efficiency and strengthen production.

Could we learn about your company's vision, mission and quality policy?

As a company, our greatest vision is to provide quality production with the right product and to serve many production processes with precision products and our engineering capabilities.

As a young and entrepreneurial businesswoman, what advice do you give to women in business?

We are a company with great sensitivity regarding women's employment; our team currently consists predominantly of women, and we have provided opportunities for colleagues without work experience. Experience is gained through work, and we saw that our employees faced difficulties due to lack of work experience, and we brought them to society as productive individuals. Growing further and bringing more team members into our ranks is my greatest goal. We aim to increase our domestic production and exports and to rank among world leaders such as Germany, the United States, Italy and China. When you say nozzle, you say Ce-Tek Spray, and we will continue producing.
