Axalta's Color of the Year: Royal Magenta

Axalta Coating Systems has selected Royal Magenta as the Global Automotive Color of the Year 2022. Royal Magenta, chosen as Axalta's eighth special Global Automotive Color of the Year, is a deep cherry shade that brings a luxury appearance to the automotive market. Featuring a magnificent dark tone processed with merlot and pomegranate hues, it possesses the characteristics of a robustly designed color. In sunlight, the color appears as mulberry red, while in darkness it takes on a deep, mysterious appearance.
