Polisan Holding "Dream Engineers" Project

Polisan Holding Dream Engineers Project Polisan Holding and its subsidiary companies launched a project that brings imagination together with Polisan engineering. The first phase of the Polisan Holding Dream Engineers project was implemented as an internal "Materialization Competition". Winners of the top three among 71 projects were awarded, and it was announced that the top 10 projects would be realized. It was stated that external competitions would be open to young engineers, designers and students, and the schedule would be announced shortly. Polisan Holding, which laid its foundations with a chemical factory and has been a pioneer of many firsts in Turkey since 1964, is expanding the scope of its sincere, human-centered and environmentally-focused innovative solutions. The inspiration for the new project came from the late Necmettin Bitlis, the founder of the Holding. Inspired by the phrase "Everything starts with imagination. Imagining is not enough, you must materialize it in your mind," the "Dream Engineers" project brought together Polisan Holding and its subsidiaries. Implemented with the vision of being a community that acts with courage, focuses on innovation, and works enthusiastically for a livable world, the first competition of the 'Dream Engineers' project was held internally under the name "Materialization Competition".

Polisan Employees Turn Their Dreams Into Reality

The category title of the "Materialization Competition" was set as "Process and Organization Improvement," and 71 Polisan employees made "value propositions". The project coordination team, through one-on-one meetings conducted on 71 projects, first reduced the project number to 42 and then to 10. The 10 finalist projects, evaluated within the framework of "value created, applicability and alignment with vision," were resubmitted to jury voting through a workshop. Following jury votes that included Polisan Holding CEO Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu, Polisan Kansai Paints General Manager Cemal Drahor, Poliport General Manager Efe Hatay, Polisan Chemical General Manager Selçuk Denizligil and Polisan Holding Strategic Planning and Business Development Leader Cenk Bitlis, Ezgi Naz Yalçın and Ufuk Yıldırım were recognized with the first-place award for their "Generation Seed" project. Gürol Kurt won the second-place award with the "Renkdex" project, and Yelda Özkul won the third-place award with the "ASAT" project. While the owners of the top three projects were rewarded, it was stated in an announcement that all 10 finalist projects would be implemented and that the inspiring dreams of everyone, especially Polisan employees, would be supported.

External Phase of Dream Engineers Project to Begin

Polisan Holding CEO Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu announced in a statement that the external phase of the "Dream Engineers" project would begin very soon. Noting that the company would reach young engineers, designers and product developers whose dreams are waiting to be supported within all companies in the group through competitions, Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu stated: "Inspired by the power of imagination, ideas that defy time and sustainable solutions have always been an integral part of our work. Within the scope of Dream Engineers, we will continue to carry out projects both internally and externally. Never stop dreaming."
