"Trusted Hands" Food Safety Training Program Continues

Unilever Food Solutions's Safe Hands food safety training programme, which has reached 58,000 kitchen workers to date, continues with Personnel Hygiene Measures training. Unilever Food Solutions' Safe Hands food safety training programme, prepared in collaboration with the Food Safety Association and Diversey, has reached 58,000 kitchen workers to date and contributed to raising hygiene standards in the sector. The programme was made freely accessible during the COVID-19 pandemic to support the out-of-home food consumption sector, and a seventh video titled "Personnel Hygiene Measures" has now been added. The study was prepared based on the fact that food safety is of critical importance for the sustainability of public health and that kitchen workers bear significant responsibility in this regard.
