Novartis Technical Operations Named Turkey's Best Workplace Novartis Technical Operations, the production facilities in Kurtköy and Gebze of the Novartis Group Turkey, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, has been awarded the "Turkey's Best Workplace" prize under the "Kincentric Best Employers 2020-2021 Program" conducted by Kincentric, one of the world's leading companies in human resources and management consulting. Novartis Technical Operations, which demonstrated successful performance in the areas of "Employee Engagement, Enabling Leadership, Agility and Talent Focus," showcased its success in human resources practices with this award.
