SOCAR Türkiye Ranks Among Top 10 in 2021 Export Champions List

SOCAR Türkiye Ranks in Top 10 Export Champions List for 2021 SOCAR Türkiye has been recognized as the 8th largest exporter in the "2021 Export Champions" list announced by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM). In TİM's Top 1000 Exporters list, SOCAR Türkiye group company Petkim ranked 22nd. Awards were presented to the top 10 companies with the highest exports from Turkey in the previous year at a ceremony held at the Haliç Congress Centre. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan presented the award for SOCAR Türkiye to Azerbaijan's Economy Minister and SOCAR Supervisory Board Chairman Mikayil Jabbarov. In a statement regarding the matter, Azerbaijan's Economy Minister and SOCAR Supervisory Board Chairman Mikayil Jabbarov said: "SOCAR Türkiye, among Turkey's 2021 champion export organizations, continued uninterrupted production despite the negative impacts of the pandemic. We achieved this success by supporting the synergy created through the integrated operations of our group companies Petkim and STAR Refinery with technology transformation. We take great pride in being among Turkey's top 10 exporters. The contribution we make to the exports of our friendly and brotherly Turkey holds particular importance for us."
