Noting that the M-20iD/35, which they developed to lighten physically demanding manual work related to palletizing harvested grass rolls in agriculture, provides safe and productive performance, FANUC Turkey General Manager Teoman Alper Yiğit stated: "Supported by an integrated safety option containing DCS software, the robot prevents heavy lifting and physical strain.
By raising palletizing capacity to approximately 500 rolls per hour based on a 7-second cycle time, the robot enables greater production flexibility with approximately 45 percent reduction in working time.
The robot's 35 kg payload capacity and 1831 mm reach minimize the negative effects of vibrations from combine harvester motors on palletizing. DCS, an integrated software solution dependent on worker presence, helps minimize the space required for robot cells," he said.
The New Master of Oven-Baked Bread: CRX-10iA/L
FANUC's collaborative robot CRX-10iA/L, equipped with independent gripper technology, automates upstream and downstream processes to assist in baking semi-baked small breads in ovens. The collaborative robot equipped with FANUC's integrated 3D camera technology recognizes irregularly arranged rolls in bulk. Based on visual data obtained, after picking semi-baked products with its roll-specific gripper, it places them in order on the given oven tray and minimizes human intervention in the production process.
