Airnov Continues to Expand Its Presence in the Chinese Market
Airnov Healthcare Packaging, a leading firm in controlled atmosphere packaging, is maintaining strong support for the Chinese market following recent investments aimed at expanding production capabilities across a range of product offerings. Airnov's products are designed to protect pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and diagnostic products from moisture and oxygen.
Airnov's specialized diagnostic portfolio includes HAT®-SNAP, HAT®-IN and desiccant packages. HAT-SNAP is an active and ergonomic bottle featuring a tempered desiccant cap in a container. HAT-IN, meanwhile, is an active and ergonomic flip-top container with advanced desiccant polymer (ADP) technology integrated into the vial to provide high moisture barrier and excellent moisture adsorption even protecting the most sensitive test strips and nutraceutical products. Airnov also manufactures a range of desiccant packages at its Chinese facilities located in Changshu and Dongguan. These include Continu-Strip® packages and frameless packages available in a wide variety of sizes. These packages are typically used in rapid tests, urinalysis strips, ELISA kits and various in vitro and clinical diagnostic devices.

Airnov recently invested in expanding its capacity in Changshu and is committed to increasing its presence in the Chinese market. The modernization of the site, located 150 kilometres northwest of Shanghai, includes the installation of new production lines enabling the company to produce a wider range of products at greater volumes. This includes HAT-SNAP, which is seeing increased demand due to the growing Chinese market.
