Experts to Convene for Carbon Summit
EXPERTS CONVENE AT CARBON SUMMIT
The 7th Istanbul Carbon E-Summit brings together leading experts in climate change, carbon footprint, waste management and energy management to discuss key issues.
The 7th Istanbul Carbon E-Summit, organized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Istanbul Technical University and the Association for Sustainable Production and Consumption under the theme "Green Recovery for Climate-Resilient Turkey: The Role of Waste and Energy Management," takes place on 28 September.
At the 7th Istanbul Carbon E-Summit, distinguished experts in climate change, carbon footprint, waste and energy management share their insights. Opening remarks will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmanoğlu, Faculty Member at Istanbul Technical University and President of the Association for Sustainable Production and Consumption, and Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu, Rector of Istanbul Technical University. The summit under the theme "Green Recovery for Climate-Resilient Turkey: The Role of Waste and Energy Management" features a roster of prominent speakers.
The E-Summit is expected to see participation from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Birpınar, Deputy Minister of Environment and Urbanization and Turkey's Chief Climate Change Negotiator. The speakers and session topics provide insight into the breadth of content:
