Tex Year Opens New Factory in Poland Tex Year Group, a leading manufacturer of various adhesives and environmentally friendly materials, has established a new factory in Poland as part of a joint venture with Minima Technology, a Taiwanese producer of compostable tableware and food packaging. The new facility, spanning 18,600 square meters, manufactures biodegradable pipettes made from plant-based polymers certified to be naturally biodegradable and free of Bisphenol A, phthalates, or other plasticizers. Tex Year, holding German DIN and American USDA certifications, uses fully bio-based and biodegradable materials to manufacture various hot melt adhesives. The company works with food packaging, white goods, automotive assembly, woodworking, and bedding manufacturers on the path to Net Zero Emissions. Tex Year has established a "carbon footprint" tracking system and is working to reduce greenhouse gas inventory and carbon emissions by integrating carbon emission reduction into daily operations and contributing to carbon neutrality. In recent years, the company has successfully developed various environmentally friendly and sustainable hot melt adhesives on the bio-economy platform and earned qualification for DIN CERTCO certification.
