Üçay Mühendislik Enerji ve İklimlendirme Teknolojileri A.Ş., which operates in the energy, electromechanical, HVAC, solar energy and e-mobility fields, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026.

Continuing its growth strategy following its public offering in January 2026, the company expanded its activities in energy and engineering projects alongside its financial performance in the first six months of the year.

Gross profit up 91.2 per cent
Üçay Mühendislik’s revenue in the first half of 2026 reached TRY 1.78 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15.5 per cent.

Over the same period the company’s gross profit rose 91.2 per cent to TRY 455.1 million, while operating profit increased 220 per cent to TRY 220.4 million.

In his assessment of the first-half results, Turan Şakacı, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Üçay Mühendislik, said that with the capital structure strengthened after the public offering they were evaluating growth opportunities in energy and engineering from a broader perspective.

Şakacı stated that electrical and mechanical contracting, solar energy, e-mobility and international investments were among the core elements of the company’s growth strategy.

12 solar power plant projects commissioned
Solar energy investments also stood out among Üçay Mühendislik’s activities in the first half of 2026.

During the period the company completed and commissioned 12 residential solar power plant projects with a total installed capacity of 333.61 kWp.

The total contract turnover of these projects was approximately USD 284,000 excluding VAT.

Alongside its solar investments, the company is broadening its field of activity in renewable energy solutions while aiming to strengthen its position in projects geared towards energy efficiency and the low-carbon energy transition.

Elaris’ charging network grew 58 per cent
Elaris, Üçay Mühendislik’s subsidiary in the e-mobility field, also expanded its electric vehicle charging network operations in the first half of 2026.

The number of active AC/DC charging station sockets across Türkiye, which stood at 71 at the end of 2025, rose 58 per cent to 112 as of June 2026.

In parallel with the spread of electric vehicle use, the company plans to increase its investment in charging infrastructure and develop its activities within the e-mobility ecosystem.

Contracts worth more than TRY 1 billion across three major projects
Üçay Mühendislik also signed new contracts for large-scale electrical and mechanical contracting projects in the first half of the year.

A contract worth TRY 256 million excluding VAT was signed for the electrical and mechanical installation works of the C03 Office Block and Phase 1 of the shopping centre within the Nidapark Küçükyalı Project.

On 5 May 2026 the company set up a new business in Hungary with capital of 36 million Hungarian forints.

Through the new company the aim is to evaluate opportunities in energy investments across Europe and to widen Üçay Mühendislik’s international field of operation.

The company plans to develop its international structure particularly through energy investments, engineering services and renewable energy projects.

Diversifying its energy and engineering activities
