Abdi İbrahim’s Young Talent Development Program “İksir 2018” Kicks Off

Applications are now open for Iksar, the Young Talent Development Program of Abdi İbrahim, leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, which has pursued its improvement journey since 1912. Abdi İbrahim, working with passion to improve the lives it touches through innovative products and services and bold, pioneering initiatives, is looking for talents who want to start their careers in 'improving lives'. With the Abdi İbrahim Iksar Young Talent Development Program, now in its second year, talented individuals taking their first and most important career steps will find, by the end of the program, an experience, opportunities and work that will shape their careers. Hakan Onel, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Abdi İbrahim, stated that 12 talented individuals started work through the Abdi İbrahim Iksar program in 2017, noting that the program provides the "Iksar" that talents need when starting their business careers: "Improving lives and creating magical transformations require trying new things, courage, passion and learning every day with responsibility. We designed the Iksar program for young talents with this courage and ability," he said. Applications for the program, which will be accepted until 15 February, are open to candidates who have graduated in the last two years from undergraduate or graduate programs at universities or will graduate by June 2018 at the latest.
