Aegean Exporters' Associations to Enter Global Markets with 12 Sectors in September

Following the summer months, the Aegean Exporters Associations (EİB) are accelerating their marketing and promotional activities, presenting Turkish export products at more than 20 international events in September. Operating under the motto "Our Business is Production, Our Strength is Exports," Aegean exporters are demonstrating Turkey's power in global markets through fairs, trade delegations, buying missions, panels and design competitions held across 12 different sectors ranging from fashion to food, mining to leather.

Future Vision Panel in Agriculture and Food
Noting that Turkey ranks in the top 10 globally with agricultural output of USD 72 billion, EİB continues its leadership in the sector with USD 7.5 billion in agricultural product exports. In this context, a "Future Vision in Agriculture and Food" panel will be held on 12 September 2025 in cooperation with the Office of the President's Agriculture and Food Policy Board. The panel will address the roadmap for Turkey to reach its target of USD 10 billion in agriculture and food exports.

Promotional Efforts Spanning from Syria to Canada

• Syria: EİB delegation participated in the 62nd International Damascus Fair between 27 August – 5 September 2025. Exports reaching USD 33 million with an 83% increase in the January–August period are targeted to reach USD 50 million by year-end.
• Canada: Between 08-13 September 2025 in Toronto, the Olives and Olive Oil Sectoral Trade Delegation brings 24 business executives from 16 companies together with Canadian importers.
• Germany & France: The ready-made garment sector establishes new connections by participating in two major fairs in Munich and Paris.
• Italy: The leather sector presented Turkish saddlery products at MIPEL Fair, one of the world's most prestigious events.
• Pakistan: The aquatic products, dried fruit and mining sectors participated in the Pakistan Turkish Export Products Fair.
• Singapore & Denmark: The aquatic products sector takes the global stage with Seafood Expo Asia in Singapore and Apimondia in Copenhagen.
• China: The furniture sector is evaluating business cooperation opportunities with Chinese furniture leaders under the Aegean Furniture Ur-Ge Project.
• United Kingdom: Carpet exporters establish new trade bridges through Harrogate Flooring Show and bilateral business meetings.

Global Meeting in Izmir: Interfresh Eurasia
Interfresh Eurasia Fair, Turkey's most important organization for fresh fruit, vegetable and dried fruit exports, will open its doors for the 6th time in Izmir on 18-20 September 2025. At the fair, which will be attended by 700 importers from 70 countries, the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters Association will strongly represent Turkish products.

Global Vision, Strong Connections
In September, Aegean exporters operating across a wide range of sectors from furniture to mining, food to apparel, aim both to strengthen their presence in existing markets and to enter new ones.
