Şişecam Glass Packaging Continues to Break Export Records
Şişecam Cam Ambalaj, Turkey's glass packaging manufacturer, continues to expand its export targets. With new marketing and sales strategies, Şişecam Cam Ambalaj has steadily increased its exports, reaching a share of 17% of total sales from its Turkey operations.
Breaking its own records year after year in glass packaging exports and setting higher targets, Şişecam Cam Ambalaj is concentrating particularly on European and American markets.
With foreign sales of 125,000 tonnes in 2016, Şişecam Cam Ambalaj achieved an export volume of approximately 170,000 tonnes in 2018. Şişecam, which contributes to the growth of Turkey's total glass packaging exports, also plays an important role in meeting domestic demand.
