Kıraç Galvaniz, operating in road safety, energy and defense industry, shared details on its growth strategy, ongoing investments and global targets with domestic and foreign investors during an investor presentation.
Bozüyük investment increased production capacity
The Bozüyük integrated production facility, which was commissioned in 2025 and involved an investment of approximately TRY 1.35 billion, created a significant leap in the company's capacity and efficiency structure. Equipped with digital traceability systems, robotic production lines and environmentally friendly galvanizing technologies, the facility increased operational efficiency and supported the company's global competitive strength.
The new production facility under construction in Bursa Başköy, with an estimated investment of approximately TRY 500 million, is planned to be completed in 2027.

Strategic growth in defense and energy
The company is strengthening its international integration through steps taken in the defense industry. Its inclusion in the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) supply system provides direct access to global defense projects, while participation in the Machinery and Chemical Industry Corporation supplier platform reinforces its role in domestic projects.
On the energy side, the company continues its growth with solar energy infrastructure construction production, turning the increase in renewable energy investments into an opportunity. Operating in three main business areas—road safety systems, solar energy infrastructure and defense industry—TCK by Kıraç continues its growth in international markets by supporting its operations in Europe, the Middle East and the Balkans with structures in Georgia and Romania.
"We are strengthening our position as a global player"
TCK by Kıraç Vice Chairman of the Board Serkan Malçok, in his assessment of the company's transformation process, stated that through investments and strategic steps implemented in recent years, the company has reached a structure that competes on a global scale. Malçok said that while increasing production capacity with new investments, they aim for more competitive and sustainable growth in the areas of defense, energy and road safety.
