Technical Aluminum Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments

Teknik Alüminyum, leveraging more than 50 years of industrial expertise in aluminum, advances its competitive position through a human-centered cultural transformation, strengthening its leadership team with four director-level appointments.

Turkey's leading industrial corporation Teknik Alüminyum is carrying its competitive strength into the future through a human-centered transformation in corporate culture.

Following experienced aluminum sector executive Mehmet Arbek Akay's assumption of the General Manager position, the company's leadership team has undergone four director-level appointments. As part of these appointments;

Kemal Mert Demirci, who most recently served as Assistant General Manager of Finance at Teknik Alüminyum, has been appointed Sales and Marketing Director, while transfers have been made from important institutions such as Akbank, Yünsa, Assan Alüminyum and Akansel A.Ş.

Aydın İzgialp, who previously served as General Manager of Akansel A.Ş., has been appointed Purchasing and Logistics Director

Muhammet Fuat Orhan, who previously served as Industrial Engineering Manager at Yünsa, has been appointed Center of Excellence Director,

Hakan Sahillioğlu, who previously served as Branch Manager at Çekmeköy at Akbank, has been appointed Finance Director.

Teknik Alüminyum Sales and Marketing Director Kemal Mert Demirci has been serving at Teknik Alüminyum since 2004, having held management responsibilities in Sales, Production and Strategic Planning areas, and most recently serving as Assistant General Manager of Finance. Demirci, who has held different roles at Teknik Alüminyum for 11 years, has been serving as a board member of TALSAD Turkish Aluminum Manufacturers Association since 2010 and has been a member of the executive board for 6 years at the Aluminum symposiums held every 2 years.

Teknik Alüminyum Purchasing and Logistics Director Aydın İzgialp began his career in the insurance sector. Izgialp was later appointed to the Export Manager position at Berdan Tekstil and undertook management responsibilities in various institutions in the fields of foreign trade and logistics. Izgialp most recently served as General Manager of Akansel A.Ş. in the logistics sector.

Teknik Alüminyum Center of Excellence Director Muhammet Fuat Orhan, following his work in quality, production, and industrial engineering fields at institutions such as E.C.A Elginkan and Brisa for over 10 years and serving as jury member in Sabancı Holding 6 Sigma project competitions, served as Project Management Manager at Assan Alüminyum. Orhan, a Six Sigma Black Belt, most recently served as Industrial Engineering Manager at Yünsa.

Teknik Alüminyum Finance Director Hakan Sahillioğlu is an executive with a career in the financial sector. During his career, Sahillioğlu served as an inspector for 8 years at Yapı Kredi Bankası, and later held positions focused on branch management in banking. Sahillioğlu held the positions of Branch Manager at Hasanpaşa and Üsküdar at Akbank, and most recently served as Branch Manager at Akbank Çekmeköy.
