Alışan Lojistik's 2025 Sustainability Report Published: 13.6 Percent Reduction in Emissions

Alışan Lojistik reduced its total greenhouse gas emissions by 13.6 percent in 2025 while continuing its operational growth. The share of vehicles compliant with the Euro 6 standard in the company's fleet rose to 91.34 percent, while its EcoVadis score increased to 72.

Alışan Lojistik, which has more than 40 years of experience in the logistics sector, published its 2025 Sustainability Report presenting its environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. Prepared in line with the GRI 2021 Standards, the report covers the company's sustainability activities and performance indicators for the period January 1–December 31, 2025.

Alışan Lojistik, which recorded growth in its operational activities in 2025, reduced its total greenhouse gas emissions by 13.6 percent compared to the previous year, bringing them down from 58,581.35 tons CO₂e to 50,634 tons CO₂e. Despite the increase in the volume of cargo transported and the total distance covered, Scope 1 emissions were largely kept stable, while Scope 2 emissions declined to 1,992.30 tons CO₂e and Scope 3 emissions declined to 21,785.82 tons CO₂e.

Fleet transformation and digital solutions were effective in emission reduction
Fleet modernization, route optimization, digital monitoring of driver performance, energy efficiency applications, renewable energy use and resource efficiency projects stood out in Alışan Lojistik's emission reduction performance.

At the end of 2025, the share of vehicles compliant with the Euro 6 standard in the company's fleet reached 91.34 percent. In addition, diesel consumption per ton-kilometer decreased by 84 percent compared to 2024.

Within the scope of efforts to reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations, digital tracking of fuel consumption and driving performance, optimization of route planning, and increasing the share of vehicles with higher emission standards in the fleet were among the key elements of the company's emission reduction strategy.

Solar power generation increased by 76 percent
Alışan Lojistik's investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy also continued in 2025. The amount of electricity generated by the solar power system installed at the Konya Logistics Center increased by 76 percent compared to the previous year.

The company continued to implement practices such as the ISO 50001 Energy Management System, LED conversions, sensor-based lighting systems and renewable electricity supply in order to improve its energy performance.

Rainwater harvesting stood out among the efforts for the efficient use of water resources. Through the system commissioned at the garage location in October 2025, collected rainwater is used in vehicle washing and similar operations.

In the October-December period compared under this application, water consumption decreased by 21.6 percent, falling from 1,139 m³ to 893 m³. Total water consumption at the Fleet Center and Konya locations decreased by 52 percent compared to 2024.

EcoVadis score rose to 72
The improvement in Alışan Lojistik's sustainability performance was also reflected in international assessments. On the EcoVadis platform, which evaluates companies' performance in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, Alışan Lojistik's score rose to 72 in 2025, having been 45 in 2023 and 56 in 2024.

With this result, the company earned the 2025 EcoVadis Silver Medal. Alışan Lojistik also maintained its B score in the Climate Change assessment of CDP, one of the world's leading environmental reporting platforms.

Focus on people and occupational safety in sustainability
Alışan Lojistik's sustainability approach encompasses not only environmental performance but also employee experience, diversity, equality, inclusion, occupational health and safety, and human rights.

In 2025, the rate of women's representation on the company's Board of Directors reached 50 percent, while the number of female employees at the head office increased by 22 percent compared to the previous year. Equal pay for equal work, equal opportunity, zero tolerance for discrimination, and an ethics reporting mechanism were among the core elements of the company's human resources and governance policies.

In the field of occupational health and safety, identifying risks before operations begin, increasing employee participation, VR-supported training and digital incident reporting systems stood out.

The system developed by Alışan Lojistik in cooperation with Marmara University, which aims to remotely monitor drivers' sleep and fatigue status without using a camera, was also among the company's technology-supported occupational safety applications.

The fact that we have reduced our total emissions while growing our operations is very valuable in demonstrating the impact that efficiency, technology and proper planning can create together. From our renewable energy investments to our fleet transformation, from water efficiency to the safety and development of our employees, we regard every step we take as part of our long-term value creation approach."

Target of 50 percent reduction in emissions by 2030, net zero by 2050
Operating with 17 cities across Türkiye, 27 warehouses, 287 thousand square meters of storage space, capacity for approximately 366 thousand pallets and more than 1,470 vehicles, Alışan Lojistik will continue its emission reduction efforts in the coming period in line with its sustainability targets.

The company aims to reduce its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 50 percent by 2030, and to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
