Eskim ESVIN-1010 General Purpose Vinyl Ester Definition and Key Properties

Eskim ESVIN-1010 General Purpose Vinyl Ester is a medium-reactivity bisphenol A epoxy-based resin. It is used in the manufacture of equipment requiring high mechanical strength. It exhibits better properties than unsaturated polyester resins, with high corrosion resistance even at elevated temperatures. It is applied in hand lay-up, fiber spraying, cold pressing, and pultrusion methods as well as RTM and casting methods.  

ES-2790 DCPD-Based RTM Polyester (Optional, Accelerated and Thixotropic) Definition and Key Properties

ES-2790 is a DCPD-based, low-viscosity, medium-reactivity glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated resin. ES-2790 provides high flexibility and mechanical strength in the finished product. Among the most common applications for ES-2790 polyester are the automotive and construction industries. ES-2790 polyester is specifically manufactured to provide double-surface gloss and is used in series production of molded parts using RTM (resin injection molding) and cold molding (closed mold) methods. ES-2790 can be safely used in hand lay-up applications. ES-2790 polyester is highly flexible with improved excellent mechanical strength and has very low volumetric shrinkage. The viscosity of high-filler-capacity ES-2790 resin remains at normal levels even when filled to 40% with fillers such as calcite and aluminum hydroxide.
