Milliken & Company Acquires Encapsys
Milliken & Company, a globally diversified manufacturer with more than a century and a half of materials science expertise, has officially acquired Encapsys, LLC, a leading microencapsulation firm, from Cypress Performance Group LLC. The transaction was officially completed on 18 October 2021.

As Encapsys integrates into Milliken, day-to-day operations will continue uninterrupted, including relationships with existing suppliers and customers.
Based in Appleton, Wisconsin, Encapsys is a leader in microencapsulation technologies that place a uniform polymeric shell at the micron scale around a core material to create capsules.
Microencapsulation has applications across industries and helps companies achieve more sustainable products by improving responsible consumption and the efficient delivery of active materials.
