An Overview of Technology, R&D and Innovation on September 28 A panel titled "An Overview of Technology, R&D and Innovation: Europe, USA and East Asia" will be held on Monday, 28 September 2020, between 15:30 and 17:30. Three leading experts, Dr. Victoria Scarborough, Dr. Andrea Mogni and George Pilcher will discuss technological competitiveness, R&D strategies and innovation capacities in paint industries in three geographical market areas: EU, US and East Asia. Attendance is free of charge but registration is required. At the end of the panel, the speakers will answer audience questions in a half-hour Q&A session. Bosad Sector Information Panel on September 30

The Paint Manufacturers Association (Bosad) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, 30 September 2020 between 10:00 and 12:00 to provide information on industrial topics. At the meeting, Bosad Chairman of the Board M. Akin Akçalı will inform participants about Turkey's current situation and will present an assessment of the paint industry and expectations for the sector in the coming period. Following M. Akin Akçalı, Bosad Vice Chairman of the Board Rami Atikoğlu will speak about outstanding issues and proposals made in March at the World Painters Union Meeting held in Brazil. His presentation will cover topics including sustainability, decisions taken and implications for Turkey's paint industry. Rami Atikoğlu will also address the current state of sustainability in Turkey's paint industry and share his views on future development. The subjects and contents of the schools will be the same as in March. Presentations and speeches will be in Turkish, except one, and conversations will be translated into English simultaneously. The presentation to be made in English will be translated into Turkish simultaneously. School attendance is free, but registration is required. The program will run as follows:
