Senior Appointment at Enerjisa Enerji: Devrim Yıldırım Takes Up New Role

Devrim Yıldırım has been appointed Head of Information Technologies and Digital Business Management at Enerjisa Enerji, effective 1 April 2026, leading the company's vision of "A better future for everyone" in Turkey's energy transition. Yıldırım will drive the company's digitalization strategies and advance its technology-focused transformation process.

Enerjisa Enerji contributes to Turkey's energy transition through its leadership in electricity distribution and retail sales, as well as through its work in energy efficiency, e-mobility and renewable energy via its customer solutions and Eşarj subsidiary.

The company is accelerating transformation across operational efficiency and customer experience through its digitalization initiatives, playing a critical role in Turkey's energy transition. By continuously improving business processes through data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics and end-to-end digital solutions, Enerjisa Enerji has appointed Devrim Yıldırım as Head of Information Technologies and Digital Business Management to further strengthen its capabilities in technology and digitalization. Yıldırım takes over the position from Mehmet Fırat.

Yıldırım will lead the strengthening of digital capabilities, the promotion of data-driven decision-making culture and the development of technology infrastructure in line with the company's sustainable growth and transformation targets. He will also contribute to deepening expertise in operational efficiency, system continuity and cybersecurity through end-to-end digital solutions and agile working models.

Devrim Yıldırım
Devrim Yıldırım graduated from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and completed his master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the same university. Starting his career in R&D, Yıldırım has gained extensive experience in software development, product management and technology strategy by taking on various responsibilities in academia, telecommunications and technology sectors, particularly at the international level. 
Throughout his nearly 30-year career, Devrim Yıldırım has developed strong expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, data-driven business models and managing transformation programmes in large-scale organizations through experience gained in different geographies.
