Mplus Receives “Women's Employment” Award in Turkey

Mplus Turkey, which has taken a pioneering role in customer experience management through operational investments in human resources, was recognized in the "Women's Employment" category of the OSB Stars Research conducted by OSBÜK (Organized Industrial Zones Supreme Board). By providing employment to approximately 1,000 women through its operational investment in Malatya, Mplus Turkey drew attention not only for women's employment but also for its contribution to regional employment and inclusive workforce policies in this year's fourth edition of the research.

Adopting the principle of equality through the women's employment it created and focusing on balancing its workforce to offer women sustainable career opportunities, Mplus Turkey received the award in the "Women's Employment" category of the OSB Stars Research conducted by OSBÜK (Organized Industrial Zones Supreme Board). The award was presented to Cem Ercan, Recruitment and Resource Planning Director at Mplus Turkey, and Begüm Özışık, Recruitment and Resource Planning Manager, by OSBÜK officials. The brand, which supports women's participation in the workforce through approximately 1,000 women employed in Malatya, aims to expand its initiatives further through new location investments.

The Role of Our Women Employees in Our Company's Strategic Success

Our women employees are directing the future of our company by serving effectively not only in operational processes but also in management and leadership positions. Barış Şanlıoğlu, Assistant General Manager responsible for Human Resources, Service Quality & Training, Administrative Affairs and Procurement at Mplus Turkey, noted that as one of Turkey's largest independent outsourcing providers, they support women's employment through training and career-focused projects in addition to operational investments, stating: "As a result of our human resources strategy built on remote work, enabled by technologies we have developed ourselves and our strong logistical infrastructure, we have succeeded in bringing women at home into working life. Our women employees account for over 70 percent of the employment we have created across all our locations. Of our employment exceeding 1,300 in Malatya alone, approximately 1,000 consists of our women employees. We are working with great effort and determination to have our women employees unlock their potential and take steps that will make a difference in the business world. With our new location investments, we will continue not only to provide employment for women but also to offer support programs and training. In this way, we will guide our women employees' career journeys."

Objective of strengthening women's position in working life
