$35 Million Renovation Project by "Marriott International"

At Level 3 Design Group, excitement and celebration continue following the Ventura Beach Marriott hotel—operated by world-leading hotel chain Marriott International and completed earlier this year—winning the "Renovation Excellence" award. The comprehensive renovation cost USD 35 million in total. The prestigious award demonstrates the vision and talent of the interior design team (led by Eduardo Renteria) in conveying Marriott's message of providing "sophisticated spaces and experiences" through striking architecture and design. Eduardo Renteria, senior designer at Level 3, said: "This project was challenging and took 5 years to complete. I am pleased that we were able to develop a distinctive design that remained true to Ventura Beach's rich culture and aligned with Marriott International's new design direction—this is a beacon of hope."
