Andy Walti has been appointed Turkey General Manager of Clariant, one of the world's leading specialty chemicals producers. Walti will serve as General Manager responsible for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region alongside Turkey.

Clariant has appointed its new director responsible for Turkey, Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region; the new director is Andy Walti. Clariant, one of the world's leading specialty chemicals manufacturers, has appointed Andy Walti as General Manager responsible for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region, including Turkey. Andy Walti will also assume the position of Finance Manager for the MEA Region. Andy Walti Becomes New General Manager of Clariant Turkey Andy Walti is the new General Manager of Clariant Turkey, one of the world's leading specialty chemicals manufacturers. Walti will serve as General Manager responsible for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region, including Turkey. Walti will also assume the position of Finance Manager for the MEA Region. Andy Walti began his career in Basel, Switzerland, in the Finance Department of Sandoz Chemicals, and continued his career at the same company in positions with different areas of responsibility.

Became Country Director for South Africa

Walti, with experience in markets such as the Netherlands, France and Thailand, first became Country Director for Morocco and subsequently Clariant South Africa Country Director. After serving as Regional Director responsible for the "Paper Chemicals" division in the Asia Pacific market, and following responsibility areas in the "Specialty Chemicals" division and "Masterbatches" division, Andy Walti will continue in his new position as General Manager responsible for the MEA region. Andy Walti took office as General Manager in Turkey as of the end of 2015. He is married, father of three children and lives in Istanbul.
