'Future Women Leaders' Program Opens Applications for New Term Applications have opened for the new term of the 'Future Women Leaders' program, launched in 2010 through a collaboration between the Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGİDER) and Sanofi Türkiye. The program, which aims to increase young women's participation in economic and social life, create equal opportunities in career advancement and contribute to women's employment, has graduated 1,000 participants to date and will offer educational opportunities to an additional 250 young women in its 11th year.

The 11th term of the 'Future Women Leaders' program, run by the Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGİDER) and Sanofi Türkiye, is beginning.

The 'Future Women Leaders' program, which includes training in fundamental knowledge and skills for business life, perspectives on career development and management, and job entry skills, welcomes applications from young women throughout Turkey. Young women who graduated from university in 2021 or entered their final year (graduating in 2022), preferably studied on a scholarship, have internship or part-time work experience, and have preferably participated in social volunteering projects in civil society organizations, are open to innovation and development, and have high career aspirations may apply until 2 August 2021. Participants in the program will receive training in Entrepreneurship, Technology, Project Management, and Interview Simulations that may benefit them in finding employment, as well as training in Storytelling, Psychological Capital, and Happiness at Work that will guide their professional careers, and will complete a certification process. Additionally, during the training period, participants will have the opportunity to gain direct information about different sectors through rapid networking panels with sector representatives. The new term of the Future Women Leaders program, in which participants will be selected following online interviews, will be held 19-22 October over four days on an online platform. Applications for the 'Future Women Leaders Program,' which has completed 10 years and has seen 92 percent of the 1,000 young women who have received certificates enter the workforce, are conducted free of charge through the project's website at www.geleceginkadinliderleri.org.
