Swiss Global Leader Sika Acquires Company in Turkey Sika A.Ş., the leading company operating in Turkey for a quarter century and part of Switzerland-based Sika group, the global leader in the construction chemicals and industrial adhesives sector, has acquired ABC Kimya ve Dış Tic. A.Ş., one of the market's leading sealant and adhesive manufacturers. ABC Kimya ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. produces acrylic, silicone and hybrid-based sealants as well as various adhesives used in construction and industrial manufacturing sectors at its production facilities located in Silivri, Istanbul. With its broad product portfolio, ABC Kimya ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. is one of the leading producers in Turkey's adhesive and sealant target market, serving customers in approximately 40 countries in addition to the Turkish market and conducting exports.
