Mitsubishi Electric Wins Human Resources Award in Türkiye

Mitsubishi Electric Turkey has added another achievement to its successes in human resources management, corporate culture and sustainable growth. Kaan Gurışık, Director of Human Resources – Corporate Communications – Administrative Affairs & Procurement at Mitsubishi Electric Turkey, was selected for the "TOP CHRO Awards 2025 List" announced by Toptalent, one of Turkey's most comprehensive talent platforms, and was recognized among Turkey's most influential human resources leaders.

The "TOP CHRO List" created by Toptalent aims to make the most effective human resources leaders in the business world more visible, while also serving as a guide for companies on human resources trends for the future.

In this year's evaluation by Toptalent, senior executives who transformed companies' talent strategies, strengthened corporate culture, improved employee experience and made concrete contributions to business results stood out. Kaan Gurışık succeeded in making the list through innovative human resources practices he has implemented at Mitsubishi Electric Turkey, projects that strengthen employee engagement, and transformation-focused internal communication strategies.
