Promar and PRM Transfer Majority Stake to Ravago SA A share transfer agreement was signed on 30 December 2022 regarding the transfer of majority stakes held by Mutlu ÇIGRI, founder and sole shareholder of Promar Endüstriyel Kimyasallar Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. ("PROMAR") and PRM Kimya A.Ş. ("PRM"), to Luxembourg-based Ravago Chemicals SA. In the coming period, in addition to Promar's 27 years of experience in the sector, the company will have opportunities within Ravago Global & Ravago Türkiye to work with its customers under stronger and more competitive conditions both domestically and internationally, as well as improved business development capabilities with its suppliers.
