Vodafone Business and ODAŞ Announce Strategic Technology Partnership

Under a strategic collaboration with ODAŞ, one of the leading players in the energy sector, Vodafone Business modernized the company's information technology infrastructure with next-generation cloud and cybersecurity solutions. With this transformation, ODAŞ's IT infrastructure has been upgraded to a hybrid structure offering uninterrupted accessibility, robust cybersecurity protection and centralized network management.
Vodafone Business has modernized ODAŞ, a major player in the energy sector, by implementing next-generation cloud and cybersecurity solutions as part of a strategic partnership. The transformation has given ODAŞ's IT infrastructure a hybrid architecture offering uninterrupted accessibility, robust cyber protection and centralized network management.
Under the partnership announced on 26 December 2025, critical areas were redesigned ranging from data centre operations to backup and disaster recovery systems, and from cybersecurity applications to cloud infrastructure monitoring. Through this transformation, ODAŞ is now able to manage its operations more efficiently, securely and in full regulatory compliance.
High Availability and Security with Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
The new infrastructure modernizes ODAŞ's virtualization systems, while data centre operations have been reconfigured with a 99.9% uninterrupted operation and high availability target. Backup and disaster recovery systems are now secured by Vodafone Business, while DDoS protection and firewall services have been deployed as proactive measures against cyber threats.
On the network management and data centre side, all devices are now centrally monitored, enabling immediate detection of traffic anomalies. ODAŞ thus now has a robust technology infrastructure that will allow it to manage its operations both more securely and more efficiently.
"An Exemplary Partnership for the Energy Sector"
In an assessment of the partnership, Vodafone Executive Board Vice-Chair Özlem Kestioğlu made the following remarks:
"ODAŞ has joined the ranks of companies in Turkey's energy sector using Vodafone Business services through this partnership. The transition from physical infrastructure to a hybrid cloud model is not merely a technical transformation; it has become an exemplary partnership that we have designed specifically for the energy sector's needs, with pricing, security layers and managed service structures tailored to the sector. We believe this next-generation infrastructure will significantly increase ODAŞ's operational efficiency and digital security level."
"A Long-Term Technology Partnership"
ODAŞ Chief Operating Officer Caner Demirayak assessed the partnership in these terms:
"We view this step not merely as a service procurement, but as a long-term technology partnership. Through this transformation we have undertaken with Vodafone Business, we have strengthened our digital security and operational continuity. We now manage our operations in a manner that is more secure against cyber threats, more efficient and compliant with regulations. At the same time, this infrastructure is also helping us build tomorrow's smart and sustainable energy world."
A Flexible, Scalable and Cost-Advantageous Structure
Under the partnership, ODAŞ has deployed hybrid cloud solutions, with part of its systems running in its own physical environment (on-premises) and part in the cloud environment. This structure combines flexibility and security while providing scalability and operational cost advantages.
This comprehensive technology transformation carried out with Vodafone Business represents an important milestone in ODAŞ's digitalization journey, while standing out as an exemplary partnership in the energy sector.
