Bayer Türk Announces New Appointment

Serçin Giray has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Bayer Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova Country Group. Giray is the first Turkish national to be appointed as CEO of a country group at Bayer. As of 1 June 2020, Giray assumed his new position, having served as Chief Financial Officer of the same country group since 2017. Giray began his career in 1999 at Bayer in the Turkey Accounting and Finance Department. In 2008, he became Head of Bayer Turkey Reporting Group and, after two years of successful service, continued his professional development in Bayer AG, Germany, Corporate Finance - Financial Country Coordination – Europe Region. Giray returned to Turkey in 2013 and began leading the accounting team in 2014.   Source
