New Appointment at Henkel

Bülent Pehlivan Appointed as Turkey CFO and Regional Chief Financial Officer for Middle East, Africa and India at Henkel. [caption id="attachment_116066" align="aligncenter"] Bülent Pehlivan[/caption] Bülent Pehlivan (42), appointed as Turkey CFO at Henkel as of 1 December 2020, will take up his position as Regional CFO for Middle East, Africa and India effective 1 March 2021, in addition to his current role. He will assume this responsibility from Erdem Koçak, who will retire at the end of February 2021. Born in 1978, Bülent Pehlivan completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University, followed by a master's degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University. He began his career in the Finance organization of Turkish Henkel, where he held various positions. In order to expand his finance expertise globally, he transferred to the corporate headquarters and joined the Corporate Finance team in Düsseldorf. Subsequently, he continued his career in the Middle East and Africa Regional Financial Control division. Bülent Pehlivan later assumed the roles of CFO for Turkey and Egypt, and most recently served as CFO at BSH Turkey and as a Board Member responsible for various functions. Married with one child, Bülent Pehlivan is fluent in English and German.
