Saint-Gobain Named "Global Top Employer"

Saint-Gobain has been named a "Global Best Employer" for its success in human resources implementation processes. Saint-Gobain Turkey has become the recipient of the Best Employer Award (Top Employer) given by the Top Employers Institute. Saint-Gobain, the world leader in sustainable and lightweight construction solutions, has earned its Top Employer Global certification from the Top Employers Institute for the 9th consecutive time across 17 countries worldwide. Saint-Gobain Turkey, operating in the country with 14 brands including Weber, Vetrotech, Ecophone, Saint-Gobain Glass, PAM, Chryso, and Saint-Gobain Abrasives, along with subsidiaries İzocam and Dalsan, has earned the Best Employer Award (Top Employer) from the Top Employers Institute for the 7th consecutive time and has obtained Top Employer certification. By virtue of its subsidiaries and companies that have qualified to receive this award in 40 of the countries where it operates, Saint-Gobain has qualified to receive the 2024 Top Employer Global certification, achieving significant progress in 13 out of 20 criteria evaluated by the Top Employers Institute compared to the previous year and showing an increase of more than 3 percent in 8 criteria.
