Skechers Türkiye Restructures Management Team
Skechers Türkiye, whose operations in Turkey are managed by Olka Grup, is strengthening its organizational structure with senior executive appointments. Ş. Ceyhun Tolungüç, Emek Yurdanur and Sedat Çakırca, who stand out with their many years of experience in human resources, finance and operations management, will continue to contribute to the growth targets of Skechers Türkiye and its group companies in their new roles.
Skechers Turkey, whose operations in Turkey are run by Olka Group, is strengthening its organizational structure through senior management appointments. Ş. Ceyhun Tolungüç, Emek Yurdanur and Sedat Çakırca, who stand out for their long-standing experience in human resources, finance and operations management, will continue to contribute to the growth targets of Skechers Turkey and group companies in their new roles.
Ş. Ceyhun Tolungüç – CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Ş. Ceyhun Tolungüç, with more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, will be responsible for the financial management of all group companies in his role as the company's CFO. A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, Tolungüç has held important positions at companies such as Eczacıbaşı, Ernst & Young and Multi Development during his career. Since 2015, Tolungüç has led financial processes at Skechers Turkey and will continue to add value to the company's objectives through his experience and strategic approach.
Emek Yurdanur – CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Emek Yurdanur, one of the experienced names in the Human Resources field, has started her role as CHRO at Olka Group, which includes Skechers Turkey. A graduate of the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University, Yurdanur completed her master's degree in Psychology at Istanbul Gelişim University. Working as a senior Human Resources manager for many years at international companies such as JTI and Tiryaki Agro, as well as leading retail companies such as Beymen and Boyner Group, she played an important role in organizational and cultural transformation processes. She continues to lead organizational transformation by taking on the strategic management role of Human Resources across all Olka Group companies.
Sedat Çakırca – COO (Chief Operations Officer)
Sedat Çakırca, who has served as IT and Logistics Director at Skechers Turkey since 2021, will lead IT and Supply Chain processes for all group companies in his new role. A graduate of the Department of Economics at Marmara University, Çakırca completed his master's degree in International Trade and Money Management at the same university. Having held various roles at well-known brands such as YKM, Boyner and Koton including company mergers, strategic planning, transformation projects and logistics operations management, Çakırca will continue to contribute to the group's strategic growth objectives in his new role.
