AbbVie Turkey Strengthens Its Leadership Team

As of 2024, professionals with deep experience and expertise in various fields have taken up new roles to contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

Dilek Gündüz was appointed as AbbVie Turkey Human Resources Director as of March 2024. Since 2009, Gündüz has held various human resources positions across different sectors. She joined AbbVie Turkey in 2017 and has been serving as Human Resources Manager since 2020.

Feyza Yılmaz Mutlu was appointed as AbbVie Turkey Corporate Communications Director as of September 2024. Mutlu started her career in Human Resources at Abbott in 2008 and has worked in various country and regional human resources roles since AbbVie Turkey's establishment, most recently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager.

Adem Akar, who has held various sales and marketing management responsibilities in AbbVie Turkey's Immunology business unit since 2009, was appointed as AbbVie Turkey Immunology Business Unit Director as of July 2024. Before joining AbbVie, Akar held sales and human resources positions across different sectors.

Serkan Ün was appointed as Business Excellence Director as of September 2024. With significant experience in technology and project management since 2005, Ün was serving as Information Systems Country Leader at AbbVie Turkey.

Hilal Özcan Eren, who has held various roles in Business Excellence and Marketing functions at AbbVie Turkey since 2009 and most recently served as Senior Business Intelligence & Training Manager, was appointed as Information Systems Country Leader as of September 2024.

Key appointments also made in the leadership team of Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie division

Fulya Coşkunol Celep was appointed to the Allergan Aesthetics Business Excellence Director position as of March 2024. Since 2011, Celep has worked in various functions including Business Excellence, Sales, Marketing and Finance within AbbVie Turkey and will ensure excellence in Allergan Aesthetics' field operational processes.

Finally, Özlem Önal Baran, who has held various sales and marketing roles at AbbVie Turkey since 2013 and most recently served as Eye Care Business Unit Director, was appointed as Allergan Aesthetics Marketing Director on 24 June 2024. Baran will lead the development of marketing strategies for Allergan Aesthetics brands.
