High-Speed Mixers Mixers that can be used both floor-mounted and platform-mounted after a certain capacity. These are machines mostly used to disperse paints. They can be used with fixed tanks or movable (Mobile) tanks. In addition to our standard models, they can be produced in the capacity and motor power of your choice according to your projects. Frequency inverter technology allows for infinitely variable speed adjustment. In addition to the electro-hydraulic system featuring the capability to raise and lower on its own frame, they also have the feature to mix at a desired height. There are cooling motors adapted to the main electric motor, allowing for long-term operation at low speeds. Time-controlled mixing is a standard feature, and to meet requirements, edge and bottom moving scraper systems in the tank, movable and automatic vacuum systems, ex-proof design to ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, double-blade impellers, temperature measurement systems, automatic raise-lower feature of the mixer according to the product level in the mixing tank, weight measurement systems, recipe-controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control systems and many other features are offered as optional. Basket-Mill Machines The grinding basket used in the machine, featuring superior wet grinding properties, is completely designed to ensure high-level crushing of the product. High-efficiency product passage, thanks to the impeller beneath the grinding basket that works like a pump and also contributes to dispersion, allows for effective completion of the operation in a short time. Effective heat control is provided through cooling in both the grinding basket chamber and the tank wall. All wet surfaces are manufactured from stainless steel material. The machine features two types of high-performance horizontal grinding systems. Effective performance can be achieved in both pin and disc systems, which can be selected according to the product to be ground. For grinding powder raw materials to nano-size in liquids, it is designed with completely sealed, leak-proof construction and fast and effective passage structure. The machine can have PLC and standard control systems. Thanks to the PLC system, relevant operational data such as temperature, energy consumption, grinding process control and recipe management can be managed easily. The ground product achieves perfect centrifugal effect through the dynamic separator feature in the mechanical strainer system, providing effective passage and discharge. If the system is pin-based, pin replacement is also possible. This feature also applies to the disc system. Ex-proof design to ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, recipe-controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control systems are offered as optional features.Paint Filling Machines
The machine standardly contains a pump system appropriate to its structure. The level detection system in its own filling tank automatically engages and disengages as long as the product in the production tank runs out, keeping the filling tank continuously full. With the help of the load cell and indicator system that are standard, weighing and filling quantity entries are made electronically. The intelligent indicator system performs automatic calibration in each filling, allowing for highly precise filling. Standardly, all surfaces of the machine tank, filling nozzles and level measurement rod that come into contact with liquid are manufactured from AISI 304-L quality stainless steel material. The machine is supplied with two different sized filling nozzles for use in small and large fillings. The machine is standardly manufactured on a wheeled chassis, thereby allowing it to be pulled to the desired location. The height of the weighing pan where the empty container will be placed is designed to be adjustable. The machine requires 6 bar pressure air to operate. Different sized nozzle systems, box closing and conveyor lines, ex-proof design to ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, recipe-controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control systems are offered as optional features.Paint Production Line
