Coal-fired power plants produce 16 times more CO2 compared to solar energy, while natural gas plants produce 7 times more. Solar power plants (SPP), reduce carbon emissions to zero in energy generation. Protects natural resources

Furthermore, while conventional energy production methods consume natural resources such as water, coal, and natural gas, SPPs generate energy directly using sunlight. According to a study by the Virginia Water Resources Research Center, a coal-fired power plant consumes an average of 530 liters of water to generate 1,000 kWh of electricity. The same amount of natural gas extraction requires 38 liters of water. In contrast, generating electricity through solar panels does not require water. Therefore, SPPs protect existing water reserves.
