Univar Solutions Acquires Vicom

Univar Solutions expands global offerings with acquisition of Spanish specialty distributor Vicom. Univar Solutions, a leading global solutions provider to specialty ingredients and chemicals users, announced the acquisition of Vicom Distribución Productos Quimicos, S.L. Vicom is a leading regional specialty chemicals distributor in Spain and Portugal. The acquisition of Vicom will further expand the Company's specialty portfolio consisting of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) offerings, which are already robust, by developing its range of additive solutions and strengthening its presence in Europe with more sustainable options.
